Private funds Paralegal - 12mth FTC
- Provide support to the private funds team and their advisers, including document drafting and review.
- Assist with fund formation and ongoing fund management processes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports for internal and client use.
- Maintain and update case files and databases with accuracy.
- Support the team with compliance and regulatory filings.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the private funds department.
