The project is a Trading and Position platform Implementation for Commodity products.

The team is responsible for the integration of a trading application (Orchestrade) used for:
• Pre-deal origination workflow and post execution monitoring and life-cycle management.
• Dedicated workflow, configuration of the platform, supporting business
• Leverage strategic standard risk systems
• Integration with Operations, Finance
• Reporting, Reconciliation
• Accounting

The application is Orchestrade:
- Orchestrade is in .Net (C#): Natively connected to Excel
- Database: Microsoft SQL
- Delivered In-House or Hosted (Amazon Web Services)

You will be part of the development team responsible for the migration of the new trading platform.
You will act as a senior .NET developer.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Migration Lead to support a major ETRM transformation, replacing Endur with Orchestrade. The role will lead the migration of trading, risk, and reference data across Power, Certificates, Gas, and Biomethane products, ensuring a controlled and business ready transition.
This is a senior role requiring deep energy trading domain knowledge and hands on migration experience within complex system implementations.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Endur to Orchestrade

Lead migration of trades, positions, contracts, market data, and reference data

Define and execute migration rules, validation, and reconciliation processes

Plan and deliver mock cutovers and final go live migration

Ensure accurate reconciliation of positions, valuations, and P&L

Act as the primary migration interface between business, IT, and implementation partners

Manage migration risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones

Skills

Must have

Domain & Systems Experience

Strong experience leading migrations in Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) programs

Hands-on knowledge of Endur (data structures, trade lifecycle, valuations)

Experience implementing or migrating to Orchestrade (strongly preferred)

Solid understanding of Power, Gas, and Environmental/Certificate products, including physical and financial contracts

Technical & Analytical Skills

Proven experience with:

Data migration frameworks and tooling

Trade and position reconciliation

Market and reference data management

Ability to work closely with data, integration, and reporting teams

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality

Delivery & Leadership

Experience leading migration workstreams within complex, multi-year transformation programs

Strong planning, prioritization, and dependency management skills

Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and drive decisions

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage traders, risk managers, finance, and senior leadership

Comfortable translating between business requirements and technical solutions

Experience working in regulated or controlled environments

Relevant energy trading or system implementation are a plus
