- StronganalyticalskillssuchasGoogleWorkspaceandTableau.
- ComfortableusingSlack,Salesforce,Jira,andsimilaroperationaltools.
- Abilitytoidentifypatternsindataandturninsightsintoactionablerecommendations.
- ITILFoundationpreferred.
Responsibilities:
- Supporttimelyandconsistenthandlingofincidents,investigations,andrelatedcasework.
- Ensurecasesaretriagedandprogressedinlinewithexpectations,highlightinggapsinspeed,quality,orprocess.
- Performrootcauseanalysisandidentifytrendsacrossincidentsandrecurringissues.
- Provideanalyticalinsightsthathelpprioritisefixesandimprovements.
- Contributetoimprovementsthatresolveissuesmorequickly.
