A leading secondary school in Hackney is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its senior leadership support team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role

You'll oversee the school's HR function, balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding

• Leading employee relations and HR casework

• Supporting performance management and workforce planning

• Maintaining HR policies and statutory compliance

• Managing contracts, payroll changes, and HR systems

• Delivering staff wellbeing and retention initiatives

• Providing expert HR advice to school leaders

The Successful Candidate

Salary & Benefits
