SEN Teacher - Chiswick - Full Time - September Start - Temp to Perm - MLD
Are you an enthusiastic and driven SEN Teacher looking to join a lovely special needs schoo l based in Chiswick ?
We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to join a lovely class of around 8 students with moderate learning difficulties. You will be planning and teaching across Key Stage 1 and 2.
This is a fantastic special needs school that support the lives of young autistic individuals by creating a safe and vibrant learning community where each student can flourish . With amazing career progression opportunities and a chance to build your career in a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Ensure a personalised approach to teaching to encourage learner progression
- Know how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
- Plan and teach high quality lessons across KS1 and 2
- Encourage self regulation and positive behaviour techniques
