Operations Manager
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of the organisation.
- Manage and continuously improve internal processes, systems and workflows.
- Support organisational planning and provide operational support to the senior leadership team.
- Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, performance reviews and offboarding.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities for employees, contractors and volunteers.
- Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support finance administration, including invoices, expenses, reconciliations and supplier management.
- Liaise with external providers, advisors and key stakeholders as required.
- Maintain organisational records and support compliance with governance and data protection requirements.
- Assist with policy development, implementation and regular review.
- Coordinate meetings, events and operational logistics across the organisation.
- Manage office facilities, suppliers, software subscriptions and general administration.
- Oversee volunteer coordination, engagement and development activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of organisational programmes, projects and key events.
- Monitor operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
