As a Concierge, you will deliver seamless guest experiences through exceptional attention to detail, warm hospitality, and a creative approach. With your curious nature, you will be a source of insider knowledge, exclusive access, and expert advice on London and its surroundings. By anticipating guest needs and providing personalised service, you will create memorable experiences that distinguish The Chancery Rosewood.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards are consistently delivered.

• Providing unique and personalised recommendations through deep knowledge of London’s cultural, dining and entertainment scene.

• Anticipating and assisting with guest requests, including reservations, travel arrangements and special experiences.

• Collaborating with colleagues, suppliers and vendors to enhance the overall guest journey.

• Confidently representing and promoting all hotel services, outlets and facilities.

• Handling guest concerns with ownership and professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes.
