The Role
As School Business Manager and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead on:
- Strategic budget and financial management
- HR and personnel oversight
- Administration and operational systems
- Premises and Health & Safety compliance
- Ensuring value for money and operational efficiency
This is a senior leadership role with real impact on whole-school performance.
We Are Looking For:
- Proven SBM or senior school operations experience
- Strong financial management expertise
- Relevant School Business Management qualification (Level 4/5/6 Diploma, CSBM, DSBM or equivalent)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and compliance
- Candidates that hold the right to work in the UK
