Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

• Menu Innovation: Design and implement exciting, balanced, seasonal and nutritious menus that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements. K eep up-to-date with food innovation within the business and on the high street.

• Inventory & Ordering: Efficiently manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal product availability and minimise waste.
