Currently, they are seeking Investment Advisory Wealth Managers to join them in their journey of expansion and progress in the following EEA Regions: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

As a Wealth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individual clients through their financial endeavors. Additionally, leveraging our cross-border licenses and cutting-edge industry tools, you will offer tailored financial counsel to meet the unique needs of our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of wealth management clients (B2C).
- Foster enduring client relationships through personalized advisory services and consistent communication.
- Expand assets under management (AUM) by identifying financial needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews to discern specific needs and deliver bespoke wealth management strategies.
- Advocate for needs-based solutions, keeping clients informed and empowered.
- Monitor market trends and client circumstances to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Offer personalized advice across various wealth avenues, including Lump Sum Investments, Fixed-Income Products, Global Funds, and more.
- Adhere to regulatory and quality standards while staying abreast of industry developments.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- UK level 4 advisory qualification or willingness to pursue.
- Prior experience with high net worth clients preferred.
- Familiarity with investment products such as offshore investments, bonds, or pension products advantageous.
- Trustworthy, professional, and collaborative team player committed to exceptional service.
- Sound judgment and risk analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record in financial sales.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
