TikTok Shop Campaign Executive
Salary: £30k - £38k based on experience

Grail is a TikTok-first agency obsessed with TikTok Shop. We power creator-led selling for standout brands — including Too Faced, Beachwaver, Nature Spell, FreeSoul and Sports Research — delivering real sales through smart affiliate programs and killer campaign strategies.
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Campaign Executive with hands-on experience managing at least one TikTok Shop account. You’ll be the bridge between creators, affiliates, and brands —driving campaigns, managing back-end operations, and turning insights into growth .
What you’ll do:
Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end (front & back-end).
Recruit, onboard & support TikTok Shop affiliates.
Monitor, analyse & report on Shop performance.
Spot trends & apply strategic thinking to scale results.
Work both independently & as part of our team.
Coordinate with creators & negotiate partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back-end) - Livestreams are a plus!
Strong reporting & analytical skills.
Organised, detail-oriented & strategic thinker.
Confident communicator with creators & clients.
Proactive, adaptable & a fast learner who thinks outside the box
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5.
