A well-known private school in Richmond needs a solid Lead AV Tech to take charge of their theatre and digital setup. You’ll be the go-to person for school plays, guest speakers, and morning assemblies. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a sound desk and lighting rig and feels comfortable keeping things running smoothly when the pressure is on during a live show.

Requirements

• Essential: Real-world experience with live sound, stage lighting, and video gear.

• Essential: You should be handy with digital desks (Yamaha/DiGiCo) and lighting software (ETC EOS).

• Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship).

• A calm head and the ability to fix gear on the fly.

Salary and Benefits

• Full-time, permanent role.

• Pay: £35,000 – £42,000 (Inner London).
