We working with a leading UK real estate consultancy with an outstanding reputation, strong brand presence, and ambitious growth plans. They are now looking to appoint a National Head of Industrial Agency , based in London , to drive the continued expansion of their industrial and logistics service line across the UK.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a well-connected, commercially driven professional ready to step into a national leadership position — or for an established head looking for a more dynamic, entrepreneurial platform.

The Opportunity

As the National Head of Industrial Agency, you will take full ownership of the industrial agency business line, setting strategic direction and delivering national growth. Your remit will include:

• Leading and developing a national industrial agency strategy, aligned with wider business objectives.
• Building, mentoring, and coordinating regional teams to deliver best-in-class client service.
• Developing and maintaining senior relationships with developers, occupiers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Driving revenue growth through proactive business development and innovative market solutions.
• Acting as the firm’s figurehead for industrial and logistics — both internally and in the wider market.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered, you should have:

• A strong track record in industrial agency, with experience at a senior or national level.
• Deep market knowledge and a well-established UK client network.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing multi-location or cross-functional teams.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
• A desire to shape, lead, and grow a nationally significant business unit.
