Sales & Social Media Administrator
Well-established women's wear fashion brand Urbancode is looking for a well-organised, fashion-savvy Sales & Social Media Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Assist sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, and customer service.
- Process and track sales orders and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status, delivery, or issues.
- Handle returns, replacements, or delivery issues.
- Support marketing or sales campaigns by preparing promotional materials.
- Help in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, or client visits.
Social Media
- Creating, editing, and uploading content across social media platforms.
- Planning and launching social media campaigns and digital advertising.
- Engaging with customers and building an online community.
- Analysing social media engagement data and identifying trends.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
