Well-established women's wear fashion brand Urbancode is looking for a well-organised, fashion-savvy Sales & Social Media Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Assist sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, and customer service.
  • Process and track sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status, delivery, or issues.
  • Handle returns, replacements, or delivery issues.
  • Support marketing or sales campaigns by preparing promotional materials.
  • Help in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, or client visits.

Social Media

  • Creating, editing, and uploading content across social media platforms.
  • Planning and launching social media campaigns and digital advertising.
  • Engaging with customers and building an online community.
  • Analysing social media engagement data and identifying trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
