More about your role
We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager on a permanent basis. You will be responsible overseeing and driving the performance of the Sales Teams at Beechwood Park and Button House, ensuring alignment with Brio's customer experience strategy and sales objectives.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role on the development and support of Sales Advisors. In addition to increasing conversion rates for the sales team you will manage and monitor the full sales pipeline.
This role will be based between Hackbridge and Stow In the Wold.

More about you
The successful candidate will have Sales experience and have previously led teams. Knowledge of the housing sector and a strong knowledge of MS platforms such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook are desired.

- A track record of leading / managing teams,

- Experience working within later living,
- Access to your own vehicle.
