Agency Chef - University
Experienced chefs at all levels for flexible but regular ongoing work with a University client. Working in various kitchens across London at the various campuses, including staff restaurants, hospitality kitchens, executive and director dining, and production kitchens.
Remuneration: hourly paid; Chef de Partie minimum £17.00 per hour (£19.05 per hour inclusive of holiday); Sous Chef minimum £19.18 (£21.50 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Times of work: 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday. Working hours vary — 8.00-15.00 / 11.00-18.30 / 8.00-20.00.
What and where: a variety of kitchens — events, hospitality, restaurant a la carte, quick service (buffet style), bar food. Based in Chelsea, south west London, with sites primarily in South Kensington and further sites in White City and Hammersmith.
Experience and requirements: relevant chef experience, fresh food and volume; minimum 3 years' experience needed at Chef de Partie level.
Licence and certifications: Level 2 Food Safety Certificate; Allergen Training Certificate; your own presentable chef whites, hat, apron, knives, and full-back steel-toe-cap safety shoes; right to work in the UK.
