SEMH Support
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide structured 1:1 and small group support. You will help implement behaviour strategies, build strong relationships with pupils, and create a calm classroom environment where students feel safe and supported.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant will be patient, confident managing challenging behaviour in a positive way and have experience in supporting students with additional needs,
