About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a F&B Supervisor . In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and bar areas. With 435 rooms, our hotel is located in the vibrant city of London and offers a large restaurant and a lobby bar. As an F&B Supervisor, your role will primarily involve supervising the restaurant/bar, customer service, support training the junior staff.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and coordinate the service of food and beverages, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
Provide support in the setup and maintenance of buffet stations, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked presentation.
Assist in inventory management by maintaining stock levels of F&B-related items.
Support F&B Manager with administrative tasks including daily reports and daily team briefings.
Leading your team by example, provide a great guest experience by being attentive and anticipating guest requests.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced hotel F&B environment
Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP) and health & safety standards.
[A natural leader who can motivate, train, and support a diverse team, leading by example on the floor.

Gross salary: £32,300
Service charge
Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
