At Serra, our refined dining destination, we are seeking a poised and charismatic Host to set the tone for each guest’s experience. As the first point of contact, you will extend a warm and genuine welcome, manage reservations, and coordinate seating with elegance and precision. With an intuitive and polished approach, you will ensure every arrival feels effortless and every departure memorable, embodying the highest standards of Rosewood and Forbes service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests with warmth, professionalism, and style.

• Managing reservations and bookings to ensure smooth service flow.

• Anticipating guest needs and accommodating preferences where possible.

• Collaborating with the restaurant team to create a seamless guest journey.

• Representing Serra with confidence, poise, and discretion.

About You

• A natural communicator, confident in building rapport with guests.

• Previous experience in a host or guest-facing role within luxury dining is preferred.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Professional, polished, and passionate about delivering refined hospitality.
