Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver

Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours : 38 hours Full time hours per week with opportunity for overtime. Typical attendance is various shift patterns and routes Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 15:36 with up to three hours of scheduled attendance per day.
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide London West, Westwood Park Trading Estate Concord Road Acton London W3 0TH
Starting salary: £24,268 (£12.23 p/h)
After 6 months: £26,758 (£13.49 p/h)
Plus :
- Additional £824 annual allowance (pro rata)
- Scheduled attendance rate: £13.44 per hour (52 weeks of the year)
- Additional Outer London weighting of £3,350 a year
Total package: up to £30,000 per year, including excellent benefits (based on a 38-hour week + overtime)

What you’ll do:
- Organise parcels and plan your route
- Carry our vehicle safety checks
- Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses – from birthday presents to vital business information – providing excellent customer service with every delivery

- Paid overtime available and weekend premiums (an extra £4.26 hourly on Saturday & £6.13 hourly on Sunday, applied to contracted hours worked on a Saturday after 06:00 and Sunday between 00:01 – 23:59)

Who we’re looking for:
- A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5 tonnes) – registered to your current address, with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working independently and happy to support your team
- Looking for a stable career in an ambitious and growing company.
