A welcoming and supportive special needs school in Chiswick is looking to appoint a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a fast-track to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) in the classroom
• Working on a 1:1 basis and with small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities
• Promoting independence, communication and social development
• Helping to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
