Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper in Westminster, London, Job ID J1E100
A lovely family based in Westminster, London, is seeking a Live-in Nanny Housekeeper to care for their school-aged child while maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised home. All general nanny and housekeeping duties are required for this role. As the child attends school full-time, the candidate will have time during the day to focus on household responsibilities. Knowledge of caring for delicate fabrics, fine materials, and artwork would be a great advantage. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and have a genuine love for children. The family travels internationally for approximately 4 to 8 weeks per year, and the nanny housekeeper should be happy to travel with them. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. 2-hour break. Occasional babysitting in the evening.
Accommodation: Separate bedroom and bathroom.
Duties include:
- preparing healthy meals and snacks
- playing with the child
- taking to various playdates
- helping with the bedtime routine
- doing the laundry and ironing
- dusting
- hoovering the carpets and floors
- ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
- polishing floor
- preparing simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
- cleaning up after meals
- changing bedsheets once a week
- maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family
