Required Qualifications:

🎯 Are You Our Perfect Senior Room Leader

We’re searching for  dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals  to join our  team .

💡  Do you have…?

🔹  Level 3 qualification or above  in early years education

🔹 Experience in an early years setting , with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager

🔹  Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills  to inspire and support your team

🔹  A passion for fostering children’s development  and creating positive relationships with families
