Location : Covent Garden, London
Start Date : October 2025 (Opening Early December)
Employment Type : Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Salary : £14-17 per hour depending on experience
- Craft and serve the best pint of Guinness in London as well as beautifully made cocktails, wines, and beverages with speed, precision, and personality.
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for ingredients, wines, and spirits, elevating the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations.
- Contribute to the smooth, stylish operation of a bar that’s as welcoming as it is professional.
- Anticipate guest needs, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional and memorable service.
- A warm, confident individual with a genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
- Emotionally intelligent and intuitive, you read the room, adapt, and create a positive experience for every guest.
- Highly skilled behind the bar, with a solid foundation in beers, mixology, classic cocktails and wine.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a high-performance team.
- Open to learning and growth, with a deep appreciation for excellence and consistency.
