Children’s Social Worker - Team Leader/Manager R&A

Location – Twickenham
They will be responsible for managing support for Social Workers including:
- Providing a responsive and progressive supervision space to Social Workers, ensuring timely support to children and their families
- Operating a team duty system and supporting the allocation of children and family Assessments
- Supporting duty and team leaders.
Qualifications –
Social Work degree or equivalent
ASYE completion
Extensive experience in Referral and Assessment
Our usual requirement is 3 days per week in the office or out in the community.
