We also have flexible day-to-day cover positions available for those seeking variety or immediate classroom experience. These roles are ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in primary education, build confidence working with children, and develop key skills before progressing into teacher training or other educational pathways. - Consistent, practical experience within a primary school environment
- Opportunities to support lessons, lead small groups, and build strong relationships with pupils
- Skill development in phonics, early literacy, behaviour management, and SEND support
- Excellent preparation for PGCE, teacher training routes, or future roles in education
- Ongoing guidance and support from your dedicated TimePlan consultant
- £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, term-time only
- Typical hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Individuals passionate about working with children and supporting learning
- A patient, confident, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience supporting children or young people (paid or voluntary) is beneficial
