Job descriptionWe are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our exceptional housekeeping team with precision, passion, and an uncompromising eye for detail.
As the guardian of our guests first impressions, you will ensure that every suite, public area, and back-of-house space reflects the artistry and sophistication synonymous with the Bvlgari name. You will inspire and mentor your team to deliver flawless service standards, creating an atmosphere of warmth, discretion, and refined comfort.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and develop the housekeeping team to deliver immaculate presentation across all guest rooms and public spaces.
•Uphold the Bvlgari brand’s aesthetic and operational excellence through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to LQA standards.
•Oversee inventories, budgets, and scheduling with strategic efficiency and discretion.
•Champion sustainability initiatives within the housekeeping department — driving environmentally responsible practices, product selection, and waste reduction in line with Bvlgari Hotels’ sustainability commitments.
•Collaborate closely with senior management to continuously enhance guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational performance.
•Foster a culture of empowerment, pride, and craftsmanship, ensuring every team member embodies the spirit of modern luxury.
About You
You are a sophisticated hospitality professional with a genuine passion for excellence and sustainability. Your leadership style combines grace, precision, and care. With proven experience in an ultra-luxury or five-star environment, you bring a deep understanding of both the guest journey and the operational intricacies required to maintain it at world-class standards.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have very good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
