MEP Manager- Fitout

Location: London

Position: Freelance/ Permanent position

Salary: Competitive salary (BOE) + (Pension, Standard Holiday allowance, Health Care cover, travel cover)

Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join their Fit-Out Division, delivering high-quality commercial projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing contractor known for delivering technically challenging and high-specification interiors, focusing on bespoke interiors and fit-out works. Delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, hospitality and similar sectors.

Our client is looking for applications from both permanent and freelance MEP professionals.

About the Role:

- Full management of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing packages

- Site-based delivery from pre-construction through to handover

- Management of MEP subcontractors and specialist suppliers

- Coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients

- Review of MEP design, technical submissions, and shop drawings

- Oversight of commissioning, testing, and handover documentation

- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, H&S, and project specifications

Requirements from you

- Proven experience as an MEP Manager within the fit-out sector

- Life sciences or hospital / healthcare fit out experience preferred

- Strong site management and coordination background

- Excellent knowledge of UK MEP standards and regulations

- Able to work on fast-paced London projects

Qualifications / Tickets

- Relevant Building Services / Engineering qualification

- CSCS Black Card (Manager level)

- SMSTS

- First Aid at Work

- Asbestos awareness
