We’re delighted to be working with a prestigious luxury hotel group in their search for a dynamic Head of HR. This is a standout opportunity for an accomplished HR leader with a passion for people, culture, and world-class service to take on a pivotal role where you can have real impact.

The Role

As Head of HR, you’ll lead the people agenda across the group, shaping strategy and championing an exceptional employee experience. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll drive initiatives that support growth, nurture a high-performance culture, and ensure employees feel as valued as the guests they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team across multiple sites
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
• Build a strong learning and development culture that promotes growth and progression
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law
• Partner with executives on organisational design and workforce planning
• Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives
• Ensure HR policies and practices align with both business needs and employee engagement

About You

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in hospitality, luxury retail, or another service-focused sector
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law (international experience advantageous)
• Commercially astute, with a people-first mindset
• Experience scaling HR functions in line with business growth
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Passionate about creating inspiring, supportive workplace cultures

This is a based on-site in London and paying up to £100k.
