Job Details
APR is expanding its general insurance (GI) offering and we're looking for part-qualified actuaries with experience in the Lloyd’s/London market to join our high-performing and growing team.
Key Requirements
We’re keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have 2+ years’ experience in the Lloyd’s/London market
- Have worked in GI reserving or capital modelling
- Are making strong progress through actuarial exams

The Role
As an Actuarial Associate, you will:
- Work directly with clients on-site or remotely
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of actuarial projects
- Contribute to internal initiatives, training, and business development
- Help shape APR’s growing GI proposition
Work Arrangements:
APR encourages hybrid working where feasible. However, as this role involves working directly with clients, your working pattern will depend on their specific needs. For some client projects, this may mean spending the majority of your work time on-site at the client. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to client requirements are essential.

- Competitive salary, typically ranging from £45,000 – £65,000 depending on experience and exam progress
