Role:
- Lead day-to-day maintenance and engineering activities to maximise site asset reliability and performance.
- Track and report engineering KPIs using Fresh Report.
- Drive continuous improvement of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes and maintenance processes.
- Implement and optimise PPM kitting systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and maintain engineering SOPs and ensure effective training across the department.
- Work closely with the Training Department to ensure mandatory compliance training is completed.
- Manage service contracts and external contractors, ensuring value for money and high-quality workmanship.
- Oversee asset management systems, ensuring all equipment is effectively maintained and tracked.
- Drive engineering standards, continuous improvement projects, and best practice maintenance methodologies.
- Manage engineering budgets, maintenance costs, and resource planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team to deliver high performance and engagement.
Requirements:
- HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Maintenance Engineering
- IOSH Managing Safely
- HACCP Level 3 or Level 4
- Food Safety Level 3 or Level 4
