Role Description
A vacancy for an Associate Project Manager has arisen for one their global clients who are undergoing a technical refresh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Audio Visual installations to update meeting rooms to a common build standard and to a standardised level of quality.
This position is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, (initiating through closing phases). Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from engineering, CAD and Programming and overseeing the completion of projects.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience working as a project manager
- Experience of managing finances (in any capacity)
- Excellent stakeholder management in a challenging environment
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Process driven and able to follow predefined ways of working
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Skills to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources and all departments within the company
Desirable Criteria
- Experience/working knowledge of audio-visual technology
- Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
- Technically aware and familiar in working with IT & AV systems
