Commercial Property Solicitor

I’m working with a highly regarded boutique London firm that is looking to welcome a Commercial Property Solicitor into its expanding real estate team. You’ll be stepping into a varied and stimulating role, managing a caseload across the full spectrum of commercial property work. This includes acquisitions and disposals of commercial sites, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and secured lending transactions. The firm regularly advises both lenders and borrowers, including alternative finance providers, investors, SMEs, and developers- giving you exposure to high-quality, complex matters with real commercial impact.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the breadth of commercial property practice and thrives on balancing technical detail with client-facing work. You’ll be negotiating contracts, drafting finance documents, liaising with lenders, and advising clients from instruction through to completion. Confidence in communicating complex issues in a clear, solutions-focused way will be key, as will a pragmatic, commercial mindset.

You should be a qualified solicitor with strong experience in commercial property matters , ideally gained in private practice. A background in real estate finance or development work would be especially advantageous. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a close-knit team will serve you well.
