Luxury Wellness Concierge (0-hours)

The Basics:
● Hours: 0-hours (12-16 hours per week initially with the view of increasing as the business grows)
● Salary: £13.85 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Member Concierge to play a key role in delivering a seamless member journey for this new space. As the first point of contact, you will embody the brand’s values of elegance, discretion, and excellence. You will ensure that every touchpoint within the club reflects a standard of service as refined as the environment itself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an impeccable welcome experience for all members and guests, ensuring each interaction feels personal and elevated.
- Oversee the daily operation of the front-of-house, spa and member services, maintaining a calm, efficient, and luxurious environment.
- Anticipate member needs and offer tailored solutions, from fitness and wellness bookings to lifestyle requests.
- Support the Operations Lead & Duty Manager with the coordination of classes, treatments, and services.
- Act as a point of escalation, ensuring smooth resolution of any service issues with discretion and grace.
- Ensure that all operational, safety, and brand standards are consistently met.
The Person:
- Experience in a client-facing role within luxury hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle settings.
- A natural host with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- A refined sense of discretion, able to anticipate and adapt to the needs of a discerning membership.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about wellness, performance, and delivering luxury experiences.
