Our client, a leading Top 50 international law firm is seeking a Non‑Contentious Construction Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its highly respected Construction & Engineering practice on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer to work on some of the UK’s most high‑profile development, infrastructure, and engineering projects.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Collaborating with colleagues across offices and practice areas on large, multidisciplinary mandates

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE
  • Strong experience in non‑contentious construction law, preferably within a recognised construction practice
  • Confident advising on major standard form contracts and development documentation
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex matters and deadlines
  • Strong drafting, problem‑solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities
  • Team‑focused, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
