Commercial Property Officer
- Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties within the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Prepare and oversee budgets related to property operations and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Support the Facilities Management team in achieving strategic goals.
