Assistant Client Accountant
Managing the day-to-day allocation and posting of incoming payments.
Creating and maintaining tenant and tenancy-related financial records, ensuring information remains current and accurate.
Calculating and applying relevant charges in accordance with contractual and tenancy requirements.
Providing hands-on support across the month-end close. THE PERSON REQUIREMENTS OF THE ASSISTANT CLIENT ACCOUNTANT: Proven experience using a property management system such as QUBE, YARDI, TRAMPS or similar.
Strong Excel capability and confidence working with financial data.
Practical experience with cash allocation and bank reconciliation.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive approach, with the confidence to work autonomously while contributing. positively to a wider team.
Previous experience within housing, property or real estate would be a distinct advantage. BENEFITS: Private health care. Flexible / hybrid working (3 days office).
