Head of Finance - Property & Real EstateAn exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a growing organisation in the property and real estate sector. This is a key leadership role overseeing all financial operations across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and accounting activities for the group.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
• Prepare management accounts, group consolidations, and statutory accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, funding, and banking relationships.
• Oversee payables, receivables, and all operational finance functions.
• Prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial commentary.
• Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role.
• Strong experience in the property, real estate, or construction sectors.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Desirable

• Experience with multi-entity group accounting.
• Exposure to property management and invoice automation tools.
• Financial modelling and project management skills.
