Tech Lead Scrum Master(Optimizely)
Job description
We are seeking a highly capable Tech Lead Scrum Master with hands-on experience in MS Dynamics or Optimizely , along with a proven background in leading Agile delivery for CRM/ERP programs. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Scrum Master who excels at team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader , driving Agile values and Lean-Agile mindset across teams.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies : sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and demos.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories .
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with evolving business priorities.
- Mentor cross-functional teams to enhance agility, ownership, and delivery excellence .
- Collaborate with global teams and vendors to deliver high-quality Dynamics/Optimizely solutions .
- Define and maintain product vision and roadmap .
- Track project progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies .
- Remove impediments to improve team velocity and efficiency .
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8–12 years of experience as a Scrum Master , with deep understanding of Agile frameworks.
- Mandatory experience with MS Dynamics CRM/ERP or Optimizely in a delivery leadership capacity.
- Strong ability to lead distributed teams and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
