Role Overview
Are you an ambitious, hungry sales professional looking to kickstart your career in B2B sales? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the UK, you will play a crucial role in growing ParkBee's presence across the UK market. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, focusing on outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn enterprise sales from the ground up, working with top-tier accounts in major UK cities while building the foundation for a successful sales career. If you're motivated, resilient, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you!
What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting : Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone calls, LinkedIn InMail, and email to generate qualified meetings within our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) - targeting top 10 UK cities, properties with 10+ parking spaces, across hotels and real estate sectors. Execute 50-80 outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential customers.
Lead Qualification : Qualify and disqualify leads based on established ICP criteria. Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, decision-making processes, and timeline. Determine which opportunities are ready for Account Executive engagement and which require further nurturing.
Meeting Setting : Book qualified meetings for Account Executives (Salim, Themis, and the broader UK team). Ensure smooth handoffs with detailed context on prospect situation, pain points, and opportunity potential. Target: 8-12 qualified meetings booked per month.
CRM Management : Maintain a healthy, accurate CRM in Salesforce with detailed descriptions of all activities, conversations, and next steps. Ensure data integrity to support accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting. Document call outcomes, prospect objections, and key insights.
Lead Nurturing : Work with the Marketing team to nurture leads who are not ready to buy yet through targeted email sequences. Maintain regular touchpoints with prospects in your pipeline to keep ParkBee top-of-mind and identify when timing becomes right.
Collaboration & Learning : Work closely with Account Executives and the broader sales team to ensure alignment on metrics, goals, and strategies. Participate in regular coaching sessions, shadow senior team members on calls, and continuously refine your approach based on feedback and results.
