Director, Talent Acquisition, EMEA
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead both the execution and transformation of Talent Acquisition across your region, embedding AI into how hiring operates and elevating the function into a data-driven, insight-led capability.
This role is a trusted partner to the Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and senior business leaders, responsible for building a function that understands its pipelines, leverages AI at scale, and drives better hiring decisions through insight—not activity.
What You’ll Do
Be the point person for Aristocrat in all things related to recruitment and talent attraction for your region.
Act as the primary leader for Talent Acquisition across your region, owning both delivery and the adoption of AI as a core operating standard.
Lead through managers, building and scaling high-performing teams of Talent Acquisition Partners by setting clear expectations for AI adoption, pipeline understanding, and data-driven execution.
Drive the adoption of AI across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, ensuring tools such as Workday, Paradox, Metaview, Textio, and TalentNeuron are embedded into how work gets done across teams.
Build organizational capability to understand talent pipelines end-to-end, including pipeline composition, candidate flow, drop-off points, funnel conversion patterns, and talent density across markets and roles.
Ensure managers and their teams use data-driven insights to enable smarter hiring decisions, influencing role building, talent targeting, and hiring strategy.
Shift Talent Acquisition from reactive execution to proactive hiring, where high-quality talent pools are built, understood, and actively managed ahead of demand.
Develop and guide managers to elevate their teams toward Adoptive and Transformative levels of AI proficiency, ensuring consistent use of tools, workflows, and insight-led practices.
Establish and embed structured workflows and standards across sourcing, outreach, interview evaluation, and candidate management to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.
Build a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement, where new AI capabilities are tested, refined, and scaled across teams through managers.
Use tools such as Metaview Deep Research and TalentNeuron to generate deeper insight into talent markets, and ensure these insights are translated into actionable strategies across the organization.
Partner with People & Culture and Diversity & Inclusion leaders to use data and insight to identify gaps, improve representation, and drive targeted interventions across the hiring funnel.
Ensure all AI-enabled practices meet global regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards, with clear governance and accountability embedded across leadership layers.
