We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Regional Support Manager to partner with our Regional Manager across 7 sites in the London area . This role is ideal for someone passionate about outstanding food service, operational excellence, and team development — and who is ready to take the next step toward becoming a Regional Manager.
As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting kitchen and service operations across multiple sites, guiding Chef Managers, and helping to deliver exceptional food and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Manager in overseeing catering operations across 7 London sites.
- Lead, coach, and develop Chef Managers to ensure consistency, quality, and strong operational delivery.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service are maintained across all locations.
- Monitor site performance, budgets, stock control, labour efficiency, and KPIs, providing regular updates to the Regional Manager.
- Drive operational improvements by implementing action plans and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with site teams, clients, and customers to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Support with onboarding, training, and continuous development of site teams.
- Ensure all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company compliance standards are fully implemented and reviewed regularly.
- Support with introducing new food or service concepts to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Represent the business professionally, consistently promoting a positive brand image across all sites.
About You
- Passionate about exceptional food, service, and team leadership.
- Experienced in multi‑site support or ready for a step up from managing a large, complex site.
- Strong background in catering with experience leading operational teams.
- Confident supervising managers, influencing others, and driving consistent performance.
- Holds relevant catering qualifications (NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2).
- Has a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Financially astute with the ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and influence results.
- Highly organised, a great communicator, and motivated to grow into a Regional Manager role.
