We're a dynamic company specialising in luxury event styling, and kitchen studio spaces , known for our creativity, attention to detail, and warm, collaborative culture.

We're looking for a Logistics & Operations Manager to take the lead in making sure every order runs seamlessly - from our warehouse to the client's table and back again. This is a hands-on, people-focused role perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and organise all delivery and collection logistics, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency

• Communicate directly with clients to confirm timings, resolve scheduling issues, and provide excellent service

• Lead and support the driver and warehouse teams, promoting clear communication and accountability

• Step in with warehouse operations when needed - including picking, packing, loading, deliveries, and returns

• Manage outsourced delivery and cleaning partners, ensuring reliability and value

• Oversee vehicle checks, maintenance, and compliance

• Produce weekly operational reports on fulfilment, delivery performance, and costs

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience in logistics and operations management

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a client-first attitude

• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving vans across London and surrounding areas

• Hands-on, collaborative approach - willing to support the team wherever needed

• Experience managing delivery schedules, drivers, or third-party suppliers

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail

• Confident using digital systems (e.g. Monday.com, Booqable, Google Workspace, route planning tools)

Desirable

• Experience in the events, logistics, or rental industry

• Knowledge of route optimisation or operational reporting tools
