Junior PA – Bespoke Men’s Tailoring
· Location: Bank
· To £26k + benefits
· Monday – Friday (8am-5pm or 9am–6pm)
Junior PA - role overview:
My client is a leading provider in bespoke men’s tailoring.
They are looking for an organised, diligent and well-spoken individual to come on board to be part of the team as a junior PA.
The business has an open plan office with up to 30 staff. Warm and highly energetic culture!
Key Duties:
PA & Diary Management
· Maintaining, organising and gatekeeping calendars
· Picking up the phones and responding to emails
· Booking travel and accommodation
· Booking meeting rooms
· Booking restaurants
· Proactively recognizing and managing any requirements or issues with diary management or to do lists
Requirements
· Previous secretarial experience, preferably within a retail environment but not essential
· Excellent attention to detail that doesn’t falter when working under pressure
· Ability to multi task
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels in the business and with external stakeholders
