London

Location: London campuses

Salary:£32,000 – £35,000

Full-time:40 hours a week

Institution: London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA)

About Us

At the London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), we pride ourselves on being a progressive institution that puts students at the centre of everything we do. Our innovative teaching methods are designed to prepare learners with the skills and confidence to succeed in their future careers. We are now seeking an experienced Registry Officer to join our Operations team and play a pivotal role in supporting our students’ academic journey.

The Role

As a Registry Officer, you will be responsible for managing student assessments, ensuring compliance with university regulations, and maintaining the integrity of student records. You will be the go-to person for directing work to the correct channels, ensuring processes run smoothly, and that students and staff receive the highest quality of service.

This is a detail-driven role, requiring someone who can balance accuracy with efficiency, while maintaining a student-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the assessment process for modules and programmes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of assessment data into student systems (MISIS).
  • Publish results, prepare transcripts, and provide students with clear advice on outcomes.
  • Support the Exams Team in the preparation and delivery of exam periods.
  • Handle sensitive student cases with professionalism and discretion.
  • Direct queries and tasks to the appropriate teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements within the registry function.

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Registry Officer or in a similar higher education administration role. You’ll bring a strong eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities during peak periods, and the confidence to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Registry Officer (or similar role in higher education).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling student records.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to confidently direct work and queries to the correct channels.
  • Proficiency with student record systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of GDPR and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to shape and improve student services in a dynamic environment.
  • Be part of a forward-thinking institution where your work has real impact.
  • Collaborative and supportive colleagues with a shared vision.

If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting students, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us deliver an outstanding student experience.
