Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.
Just like you.
Redesign retail. Reimagine customer experience. Our Customer Experience team is all about making our stores work better for our customers, our colleagues and for Lidl. From layout design and refits, to implementing self-checkouts and driving sales through smarter store layouts, this team is at the forefront of innovation in retail operations.
The Lidl Customer Experience Graduate programme will take you through a fast-paced and hands on 23-month development programme. You’ll gain experience in our stores and Head Office, working on real projects that shape how millions of customers shop every week. Whether it’s redesigning store layouts, rolling out new technology and equipment or leading change initiatives, you’ll be making an impact from day one. You’ll also play a key role in space planning, deciding where to merchandise Lidl products to maximise sales and create the best customer shopping experience. You’ll need to be organised, solutions focused, and passionate about improving customer experience through data driven decisions.
If you’re ready to take ownership, lead projects and help shape the future of retail, come and join our Customer Experience Graduate programme! We look forward to seeing your application.
