Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000
Full-Time | Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor to oversee passive fire protection activities across various commercial and residential projects in London. This key role ensures all fire stopping and passive fire measures comply with safety regulations and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation and maintenance of passive fire protection systems (fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, etc.)
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to manage passive fire protection works
• Prepare reports and documentation relating to fire safety compliance
• Ensure all work aligns with health & safety and building regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Passive Fire Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and relevant regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence preferred
