We’re looking for an Account Executive with a proactive, can-do attitude to join the team working on one of our largest and most high-profile accounts – Post Office.

Working within a highly talented and collaborative team, you’ll play an important role helping to deliver high-quality creative and marketing campaigns from brief through to completion. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll support the coordination of projects, assist in the administration of creative and studio workflows, maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and financial processes, and help ensure work is delivered on time, on brief and to the highest standard.

This role offers a strong foundation for progression within account management and is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships both internally and externally.

The role is hybrid with a London office base (minimum 3 days/week), but we’re open to discussing individual flexibility needs.

As lead creative agency, we drive the brand’s strategy, creative vision and end-toend production across owned and paid channels including advertising, social, digital, in-branch, customer experience, web and email communications. Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of workflows managed through JIRA project management platform, ensuring accurate workflows, timely updates and efficient issue resolution

  • Provide administrative support within Ziflow review platform, ensuring correct review and approval flows

  • Respond to client requests, scheduling and monitoring resource allocations and respective budgets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, optimise processes, and standardise operational practices

  • Support reporting, audits and analysis by delivering regular performance and reports, including workflow insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects from client brief through to final asset delivery

  • Assist in the development of clear and inspiring creative briefs for internal teams

  • Coordinate with Creative, Studio, Production, Digital and other specialist teams to ensure work progresses smoothly and deadlines are met

  • Develop and maintain accurate timing plans and project documentation

  • Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays

  • Maintain clear and professional communication between clients and internal teams

  • Build strong working relationships with clients, responding promptly and professionally to requests

  • Prepare agendas, status reports, contact reports and meeting notes

  • Organise and support client meetings and presentations

  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing and financial administration

  • Accurately complete timesheets and maintain job management systems

  • Conduct research into client sectors, markets and competitors where required

  • Support the preparation of client reports and campaign performance summaries

  • Contribute positively to team meetings and wider agency initiatives

Skills and experience

  • Experience working within a creative or studio project delivery team or marketing agency

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, with experience maintaining project documentation,

  • trackers, and delivery processes

  • Tech-literate with experience running projects using digital delivery platforms such as JIRA or Ziflow

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative team player who contributes to team culture

  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset

  • Understanding of omni-channel marketing including broadcast and digital/social delivery

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
