As part of its continued investment in excellence, the firm is seeking to appoint a Knowledge Development Lawyer (KDL) to join its disputes team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s legal know-how, training, and innovation agenda.

The Role

Working closely with partners and associates, the Knowledge Development Lawyer will:

Develop and maintain the group’s legal knowledge resources, precedents, and practice notes. Monitor and analyse developments in case law, legislation, and procedure relevant to litigation and arbitration. Support client teams with strategic know-how and risk analysis on emerging trends. Deliver training sessions and updates to fee earners at all levels. Contribute to client engagement through thought leadership materials and briefings. Collaborate with the firm’s knowledge management and innovation teams to enhance delivery of legal services and promote best practice.

About You

This opportunity is ideal for:

A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with solid post-qualification experience in litigation or dispute resolution, ideally gained at a leading firm. Candidates currently working as a Knowledge Lawyer / PSL or those seeking their first move into a knowledge development role. A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and an interest in training and legal developments. Someone who enjoys research, collaboration, and contributing to the firm’s intellectual capital.
