Responsibilities:
- Working in the Digital Support team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.
- Managing a centralised mailbox – and you will be responsible for handling customer queries and directing them to internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with Data Entry, filing, record keeping and reporting on member records, becoming a superuser in Salesforce. Adding emails to provide updated information on each account.
- Collaborating with the finance team, over time you will support with processing purchase orders and invoicing through Sage.
- Using Microsoft Packages as part of your daily routine, you will be emailing with Outlook, using Teams to communicate with internal & external stakeholders and Excel to update health & safety records as well as IT asset management documentation.
- Putting vacancies on the SFHA website for HA members. Downloading and sharing information & materials with members.
- Using Mailchimp to build and send marketing campaigns.

Salary: £17,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day-to-day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
